Psychiatric Mental Health Care for Adults in Apex, NC

You don't have to fit neatly into one category to belong here. Whether you're managing anxiety that won't quiet down, a mood that's been heavier than usual, sleep that never feels restful, or a brain that's been working against you instead of with you, the care here starts the same way: with time, attention, and a plan built around your actual life.

Below are the areas I focus on most. If something feels close but not quite right, reach out anyway. We'll figure out the fit together.

Your Brain Won't Stop Running

Key Benefits:

  • A nervous system that may begin to feel calmer

Common Questions About These Services

  • Which service is right for me?

You don't need to know that before reaching out. Most patients aren't sure which area fits best, and that's exactly what your first appointment is for. We'll talk through what's going on and figure out the right starting point together.

  • Can I work on more than one concern at once?

Yes. Most patients aren't dealing with just one thing in isolation. Anxiety and sleep problems often show up together. Depression and ADHD sometimes overlap. Your care plan reflects your whole picture, not a single category.

  • Do you offer virtual sessions for all of these?

Yes, with one exception: the initial evaluation is in person at the Apex office. Follow-up visits are available via telehealth for eligible patients across North Carolina. In-person appointments are also available for follow-ups if you prefer.

  • What if I've tried medication before and it didn't help, or didn't feel right?

That's important information, not a dead end. We'll talk through what you tried, what happened, and what you'd want different this time. Every option is explained clearly before it's prescribed.

Ready to Find the Right Starting Point?

Reaching out before you've figured everything out is not easy, and you don't need to have all the answers first. The first appointment is just a conversation, 90 minutes to talk through what's going on and figure out a plan together.

In-person in Apex. Telehealth across North Carolina available after your initial evaluation. Currently accepting new patients.
